STATE EMPLOYEE PAY RAISES EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 2019
On May 28, 2019 Governor Stitt signed HB 2771, State Employee Pay Raise, which will take
effect July 1, 2019 and give raises to active state employees in the following manner:
$40,000 or less will get $1,500 a year or $125 a month.
Above $40,000 up to $50,000 will get $1,250 a year or $104.17 a month.
Above $50,000 up to $60,000 will get $800 a year or $66.67 a month.
Above $60,000 will get $600 a year or $50.00 a month.
This means that Eligible Retirees may see a "half-pay" increase in your
monthly pension check of $25.00 to $52.09 depending on your agency and
